1.Look for a complaint website connected to your state with the type in “ file a complaint department of education”

2.Office of civil rights complaint form FREE legal action:

3.File a Financial legal complaint today against the school, beyond a consumer affair complaint : https://www.usa.gov/agencies/consumer-financial-protection-bureau

1. Financial Aid complaint while enrolled before term ends & the layout needed to file here : https://studentaid.gov/manage-loans/forgiveness-cancellation/borrower-defense#before-apply-borrower-defense
2. Financial Aid Court with up to 3 year court process against school if after enrollment to school:  • https://studentaid.gov/pslf/

• Go onto studentaid.gov. 
• Then log into your account. 
• Once you are logged into your account scroll down to the bottom of the page. In the bottom right select "Forms library."
• Inside of "Forms Library" click "Loan Forgiveness and Discharge".
